A deposit of 50% of the full rental must be received within 5 days after booking request. |

If the booking is less than 30 days in advance the full tariff must be paid. |

Balance must be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. |

We accept payment by direct deposit or internet transfer into our nominated bank account. If using a different currency to Australian dollars we can accept Paypal. Our bank details will be advised to you. |

If cancelled prior to 30 days to arrival date your full deposit will be refunded. |

If cancelled after 30 days to your arrival date and final payment has been made no refund will be paid unless the property is relet or at the discretion of management. Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your chosen payment method at time of booking. |
